Well, I feel vindicated. It wasn't entirely my fault that my first results sucked. This time I used 1/4 the amount of wilton food paste dye that the instructions recommended. The sky blue shade developed some seriously purple areas, but I am overall okay with the results. I will swatch it up tonight to see what it looks like knitted up. At least I won't go blind knitting it up!
